We are a family and veteran owned artisan bakery and café serving breakfast and lunch, sourdough breads, croissants, organic loose-leaf teas, coffee & espresso brewed by hand.
100% of the dishes on our menu are made-from-scratch using local ingredients as much as possible and all of our sandwiches are made with our own bread. Our breads and pastries are made from organic flour largely from New York and Vermont and hand shaped and baked in our kitchen every morning.
Our sourdough bread is made using traditional methods and a naturally leavened fermentation process which takes about 24 hours. We only use free-range eggs, local dairy, and real local maple syrup in our breakfast items. Please call us at least 24 hours in advance with specialty bread orders or catering.

We are looking for an experienced baker who is passionate about creating high quality artisan bread and pastries and enjoys working in a fast-paced culinary environment with focus on farm- to-table philosophy. You should be knowledgeable in breads and pastries and the basic techniques required for execution of high quality baked goods.
The ideal candidate has attended culinary school or has at least one year of professional baking experience, but we are willing to train the right person. The baker must have a schedule that allows for early morning baking (beginning 4am) or late night baking prep (beginning 8pm), weekend and holiday availability. You will also be in charge of ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained and ensuring food safety standards are rigorously upheld. You should have good working knowledge of sanitation standards, health codes, and the ability to use large baking equipment i.e mixers, ovens etc. You must be able to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 50 pounds.
We are looking an organized, engaging, personable barista with a passion for preparing high quality coffee, espresso, tea, and lattes in a fast-paced culinary environment with focus on farm-to-table philosophy.
The barista will have great attention to detail in preparing espresso beans for grinding in each drink with speed and efficiency while ensuring proper espresso and tea brewing times and milk preparation for the highest quality drinks. You will greet customers, answer their questions, and be fully educated on our coffee sourcing and product lines. The cashier will be proficient in using POS (Point of Sale) systems and will scan the customer’s selections, ensure that prices and quantities are accurate, accept payments, issue receipts, answer inquiries, and be able to provide detailed helpful information to customers on our products. You will greet customers, respond to complaints, process refunds or exchanges of items, and maintain a clean workspace. You should have a quality math and computer skills, work ethic and high level of attention to detail while being attentive to customer needs and committed to providing excellent service. You must be able to stand or walk for 8- hour shifts and lift at least 50 pounds.
We are looking for a dedicated, organized dishwasher who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced culinary environment with focus on farm-to- table philosophy. Duties include ensuring the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware and resetting tables. Other duties may include restocking items, unloading delivery trucks, helping to prepare cook stations, cleaning appliances and machines, and emptying and cleaning trash receptacles. You must be able to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 50 pounds.

Duties will include prepping meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, cooking meals, checking ingredients for freshness, and arranging and garnishing the dishes.
